To start off Dior is one of those horses you just see and can't think she is not absolutely drop dead gorgeous! She has a big pretty head (that loves scratches and cuddles), and is put together really nicely (especially once she fills out and rebuilds some new muscle). She has been lightly restarted and has a calm and sweet personality on the ground and under tack so far. She has a great mind. She does make a mild airway noise at a full gallop but it should not effect her breathing or limit ANY career in any way doing anything aside from racing (which she is not allowed to do anymore anyways.). Riding, jumping etc, there is no noise from airway. Big bodied. Good manners. Tight cold clean legs. Good feet. Kind eye and sweet personality. Dior is a LOVELY talented fancy mare who will go far in the show ring!! SOUND!

Important Note About Meeting / Trying PARR Horses
PARR horses are not in active programs, they are waiting for their new homes to start their new jobs. They are often ridden once for a video and hanging out in field, stall at track, or being turned out at a foster farm the remainder of days while they wait to be adopted. Therefore, we do not allow PARR horses to be tried(ridden) for the best interest of the horse and liability risks for the owners, connections, trainers, etc. If a horse is new off the track, we may only adopt to an experienced rider, or capable rider working with a trainer. They will need to return to a program typical of a horse that is either just off the track or getting back into shape, from the ground up with your training methods. Most live at private farms that do not have arenas/riding areas. If we are able to haul a horse over to an indoor ring for an under saddle video we will, but that is dependent on the horse, schedule of foster home, and availability of a facility with an arena or place to ride. Shipping into a farm costs ring fees and sometimes expecting to pull a horse out of a field, haul them to a new place, hop on and expect them to knock our socks off is a lot to ask of a horse....but some of them do just that and those are the ones that sell fast, especially to those looking for great show-prospects for themselves or to bring along and sell down the road as an investment project. We can set up
appointments for you to meet the horses, see them move freely (or jog in hand), and vettings are welcome.
