Adoptable Horses, Videos, and more!
This filly, Ladyhawke, is a 4yo, bay, unraced, RRP eligible, TB by Macho Uno.
She currently stands at 15.3h and is still in the active process of growing and maturing. She should def finish at 16.1h or taller.
She comes with a full recent set of clean xrays and approved upper airway scope.
No major vices, however, she does occasionally make the motion of bending her neck like she would to wind suck, but oddly she does it only randomly while standing still in the middle of the stall or field, not near any object ever. She is being treated for ulcers just as a preventative measure.
She came to PA from CA when her trainer there decided to retire and dispersed his stable. She had worked out only 1 time going 3/8ths at Santa Anita and has been hanging out in the pasture and relaxing since then.
She is available for adoption to a nonracing home only with contract, which does allow for resale, but also for return at any time, for any reason!
Applications and Contract are available @ our website paracehorse.org.
She has a strong sport horse pedigree and has as clean of a vetting as you could want.

Had an intermediate rider try her yesterday, after not having been ridden for approx 4 months, in the middle of our slippery field and she was just wonderful.
